My most popular pattern to date! Formerly known as the Amigurumi "Fat" Baby. Shared online for free since 2008. Over 15,000 downloads to date on Ravelry and counting. And, I'm bringing him to Craftsy! Made and written just over 6 years ago, immediately after I had watched the Doctor Who episode, Partners in Crime. A couple of years ago, this pattern, along with other wonderful Doctor Who inspired knit and crochet patterns, was featured in an article on! I have also written a photo tutorial for the technique I used for the hands and feet: BASIC SKILLS NECESSARY Single Crochet Half Double Crochet Double Crochet Treble Crochet Single Crochet Decreases Half Double Crochet Decreases Working in the back loop of a stitch Working in the round in a spiral (no joining) GAUGE Gauge isn't very important, just make sure the stitches are tight so the fiber fill doesn't show or poke through. If you have a loose tension, use a smaller hook. SIZING / FINISHED MEASUREMENTS Approx 6 inches tall x 11 inches around under the arms PREFERRED BRAND/YARN Red Heart Super Saver COLORWAY White
