Alan (the Alien) and his spaceship. Amigurumi Crochet Pattern. Now the thing about Alan is that he is rather shy. More commonly found hiding in his snug little spaceship than running around scaring people. Anyone who gets to know Alan properly finds out what an adorable little thing he really is. Win Alan's trust and you may find him popping out of his spaceship all the time. He loves to watch Star Wars films, but his main hobby is making crop circles, (Shh, don't tell anyone!). Alan's Spaceship is a sturdy double walled craft of ingenious construction. Guaranteed to get him safely through the toughest of asteroid belts. Spaceship features a fully removable lid and would make a great trinket or treasure box too, (with Alan's permission of course). Includes detailed instructions and clear photographs and diagrams to help you create this other worldly ensemble. Using light worsted weight (DK/8 ply) yarn and a size C (2.75mm) Hook. Alan measures approx. 3 " (7cm) tall. His flying saucer is approx 6" (15cm) tall including feet and antennae. Easy and fun to crochet, you'll be likely to end up with a whole fleet! This pattern is written in American crochet terminology and includes a handy stitch conversion chart so you can translate to British crochet terms instead should you wish to. I love experimenting with textiles of all kinds. I am currently totally loopy for amigurumi. I hope you like my collection of patterns. I am working on adding more as often as I can. I have more wool in my stash than I could ever possibly use, but I still I intend to buy more! (Lots more!!)
