Chevrons....... need I say more??? They are HOT this season and I just couldn't wait to get this idea out of my head and hooked! :D "Chasing Chevrons" 'Sun'hat is my Original Design! It is a very versatile hat as it can be made in any color combo and made to be more dressy or more casual depending on the color, ribbons, appliques etc. Pattern is written in the following sizes: Newborn 0 - 6 months 6 - 12 months 12 - 24 months 3 - 10 years Teen / Adult Small Adult Medium / Large Yarn: Peaches & Cream and Sugar & Cream Cotton were used in hats in the photos above, however, my pattern testers also used Hobby Lobby I Love This Cotton and adjusted their hook to meet gauge. This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE pattern to date! It includes a lot of great information, techniques and photos and is SO customizable! I've had many teens and adults tell me that they want one for themselves! Perfect for the upcoming summer! This pattern also includes my "Fun In The Sun" Applique pattern set. Check out my Pattern Store for the Coordinating "Chasing Chevrons" Skirt pattern as well! ***Sunhat design is an 'A Crocheted Simplicity' Original Design. I'm a self-taught crafter, of a variety of different crafts and mediums. My latest passion has been crocheting! Just over a year ago, we moved up to God's country where the winters can be really long. I needed something to do to pass the time and keep me warm, crocheting was just that "thing"! I found that making blankets for wedding gifts, also helped to keep me warm during the day. lol I recieved alot of positive feedback from the items I created and was urged by many friends and family to "sell my designs", so thus it began, my journey into writing crochet patterns and A Crocheted Simplicity was opened! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! :) Jennifer
