What was your source for this dish/item? Improvisational Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. A basic sponge cake recipe for the log, chocolate buttercreme frosting for the bark covering and, meringue mushrooms for decoration. With a sprinkling of cocoa powder on the mushroom caps and plate. I used fake holly for the greenery.
