I made the sponge mixture by myself. For that I used a little helper, so I don´t have to whipe the eggs whites. Put it all in a springform pan and backes it untill light brown. Then I whiped the cream and addes vanilla sugger and some drops of vanilla extract. And to make the cream more stiff I used gelatin, which I prepered like it was written in the recipe. When the sponge was cool I devied it 2 times. Aferwards I put the cream and the berrys alternately between the spong and on the top.
