Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I've been wanting to make these forever and was intimidate by the fact that you have to use a candy thermometer (silly). I thought I had to do fancy stuff since the marshmallows I see on etsy are just so beautiful and delish looking! So I decided to try it myself, and they're super easy (even with the thermometer, lol).
