Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Had to improvise with what I had and could find. The galangal was frozen, the bird chilies dried, and the chili paste bottled otherwise followed recipe What are you most proud of? Great flavor. Good spice and heat without overpowering What advice would you give someone starting this project? You will like the results. Especially the lemon grass and kafir Flavors balanced with the heat. Yum

A bit spicy since I was short on broth. Added some leftover polenta slices at bottom of bowl to cut heat. ??Italian Thai. This will be made again. Nice and quick soup.
