Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I precisely followed Peter Reinhart's instruction in his class Artisan Bread making. The reward is worth the work. I have been baking bread for years and his methods have improved my skills across the board. Peter is a genius. This bread is better than store bought. It is so wonderful I can pass on dessert and just eat this bread. As a side note I am not saying my bread is perfect. I am saying the recipe is. I cannot wait for more classes from Peter Reinhart.
