King Arthur Flour, distilled water, salt, Branches Citrus Blossom Honey, my own starter developed over the last two years What are you most proud of? It tastes great!!! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Once you get in a bread making rhythm it's easy to fit into a busy lifestyle.

How did you get the big holes? My sourdough is very dense, and I can only get those if I add commercial yeast.

I feed my Levain just prior to making my preferment. I use a 100% hydration Levain and I test that a piece floats in water prior to use, if not, I feed it again. I'll send you my recipe if you feel like leaving your email:)
