Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Gold medal all purpose flour ,KA white whole wheat ,starter home made,and diastatic malt What are you most proud of? Finally after about 10 years of trying to make artisan breads properly What advice would you give someone starting this project? Stay with it and read every book ,article web page and experiment it takes time but it's worth it ,this program with Peter is awesome
