Soufflé and Salad

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I followed recipes in the course materials and the instructions in the video to make the souffl and a vinaigrette salad dressing. What are you most proud of? The last time I made a souffle was many years ago. This was easier - the instructions are excellent. It did not rise as high as I expected, but it was very fluffy and it tasted great. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Serve it as soon as it comes out of the oven. It starts to lose volume right away. We had this as a main course with a spinach salad on the side. It could surely serve more - two of us finished it - we were very hungry, and it was light and airy! :)

Hi Surfside!! So great to hear from you! We are still getting settled, but very glad to be home! I missed my kitchen -- so I am very much enjoying cooking, now! Hope to get more sewing done soon, also. I will be in touch!
