Sauteed corn, cherry tomatoes, zucchini

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I cut the kernels from fresh corn, sliced some cherry tomatoes and zucchini, sauteed it, added salt, pepper and a pinch of tarragon and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Delish! I used the cobs when I made vegetable stock What are you most proud of? I learned an easy technique for removing kernels. Previously I'd been using a medieval contraption I found at a kitchen store. This is so much easier and better!
