Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. This batch turned out better than my 1st batch. I added more liquid this time, the dough was more supple and it had better oven-bounce. (This is about the best bread I have ever made. I think all my previous bread dough has been too dry.) Like the 1st batch I refrigerated it overnight for the 1st rise as it is hard to find the time to do it all in one day. The loaves stuck to the cast iron loaf pans some, but not too bad. All in all, a very nice batch of bread :)
