Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Followed the basic directions from the class. I did add a few mushrooms and lemons along with the onions under the chicken. For herbs I used fresh thyme and a couple of dried bay leaves. I also stuffed the chicken with lemons and thyme. What are you most proud of? I was so impressed with the flavor and moistness of the chicken! I have roasted a few chickens but none have ever turned out this good. My husband has been the primary cook in the family and I told him that I was going to give him a run for his money when I come home from my overseas deployment. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Follow the instructions! It's that easy.
