Roasted Chicken Stock

Please describe the type of cuisine. stock Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used chicken feet, chicken wings, leeks, garlic, carrots, peppercorns and bay leaf to make the stock. I roasted the feet and wings with a little avocado oil for about 40 minutes and then added the veggies for another 20 minutes. Once everything was browned, I dumped it into my pressure cooker and deglazed the pan with white wine and added the fond to the pressure cooker. I added two liters of water, brought the pan to pressure and cooked for 55 minutes at pressure.
