Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. This was my first homemade pasta. I used recipes from the class for the pasta, filling and sauce. This was my first time to use my pasta maker and I decided I wanted to hand cut the pasta. I used the ravioli with filled with spinach recipe. (I couldn't find Swiss chard.) I sauced it with Mother's butter, tomato and onion sauce. The recipes were really clear and my family really enjoyed it.
