Potato Gnocchi

Project Description

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. For the sauce, I made the vegetable sauce and added it to a tomato sauce with butter and onions. It turned out great! I used a ricer instead of a food mill. It worked very well What are you most proud of? My husband loved it, and so did I! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Definitely try it! The instructor was so easy to follow, and it came out just like on the video!
