Pork and Shiitake Mushroom Siu Mai

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Ground pork and reconstituted shiitake mushrooms (and various secret ingredients you'll have to get from Andrea's class) were tucked lovingly into wonton wrappers and steamed. This is my first attempt at using wonton wrappers, and my first time steaming anything!
