Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I made a pizza Marguerita using Chef Reinhart's tomato sauce topping with herbs and a bit of balsamic vinegar. I used freshly grated pecorino and low-moisture mozzarella. Also, fresh basil from my garden under the cheeses so it wouldn't burn. Excellent results. What are you most proud of? I was thrilled that the pizza turned out just as I had hoped. I was also pretty amazed. I made three, this was the first one. Everyone loved it. What advice would you give someone starting this project? My advice would be to follow Chef Reinhart's directions completely and you will get excellent results. I'm going to sign up for his Artisan Breads class. I don't like watching cooking shows but this video was great. I watched the entire video first, then I put my iPad on the countertop and followed along as I prepared the pizza.
