Project Description

What are you most proud of? That the dough come out as good or better than most professional crust I have tasted. It turned out so good that my teenage son said that we don't need to go to a local pizzeria anymore because mine is so much better. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be mindful of the weights and make sure your dough has enough hydration. Be patient with shaping the dough.

I too made the pizzia. Twice and both times I learned something. The class waseasy to follow and each time I picked up different ideas. Never tried it pickle american style. Sounds excellant enough to try. Aprons
