What are you most proud of? I haven't gotten my order of ClearJel yet, but I had some arrowroot and heard it worked well so I tried it. A great thickener! Can't wait to try the CJ though... What advice would you give someone starting this project? Mix your dough with your hands first. Evan was right! I've tried it several times with my food processor before, and doing it with my hands made for a flaky, tender crust.
