Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used fresh ripe tomatoes for both the spaghetti alla checca and mothers butter, onion and tomato sauce pastas. What are you most proud of? It looks so good! And it wasn't as hard as I made it out to be! This class is terrific! What advice would you give someone starting this project? It is definitely worth the effort! Plus not as difficult as I thought! This was a great class!
