Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. King Arthur organic AP flour, yeast, water, etc. What are you most proud of? That they turned out so well! What advice would you give someone starting this project? We used a Peter Reinhardt recipe that began with making a starter/sponge. Also, we put Malt in our water. Go for it.
