My first Chevre Cheese making Experience

Please describe the type of cuisine. Making Homemade Chevre Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Chevre Soft Cheese 1 Gallon raw fresh goat milk 1 Packet Chevre C20G 1 tsp. cheese salt 1 tsp. granulated garlic 1 tsp. organic dried Rosemary 1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro 1 Tbsp. Fresh Dill 1 1/2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers After, draining the cheese I separated into 2 balls of cheese, and added the jalapeno to one of the balls. My experience mostly came from watching a ton of Chevre goat cheese videos on YouTube. Even though it turned out great the very first time, I realized I needed to take some cheese making classes and that is when I came across Mary Karlin cheese making course. I have a ton of questions. What are you most proud of? Out of the 7 family members that said "I don't like goat cheese, all 7 of them took a bite of my goat cheese and kept right on eating. Two of the members asked when was I going to make more and 2 want to come over and have me show them how to make it roflmho. It was so incredibly wonderful and all the yummy spices just made it mouth watering. One with regular spices, one with spices & jalapeno, one w/ spices and peppercinos. My daughter couldn't believe how great my first attempt at making cheese turned out. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Read thru your entire recipe first and when you get ready to hang your cheese for draining so hang it from your kitchen faucet Lol. After 15 minutes I realized it was going to have my sink tied up for 8 - 12 hours. Duh, ROFL
