Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used my Ratio Dough with 1/3 lard and 2/3 butter. I added muscovado and regular brown sugar to the apples. Instead of brightening the flavor with a squeeze of lemon I used Apple Cider Syrup. For thickening I used Flour and a little Instant Clear Gel. I brushed the top with egg and cream wash.
