Korean Mandu with Extra Chewy Dough

Please describe the type of cuisine. Korean Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I made Korean Mandu with kimchi using the extra chew dough recipe. I have been making pasta for over 30 years and found the dumplings to be very easy to make despite the slight difference in the process. I steamed them in a bamboo steamer and served them topped with homemade chile-garlic oil and they were delicious. I will be trying har gow next!
