Korean Blanched Spinach

Please describe the type of cuisine. Korean Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Baby spinach, sesame seed oil, sesame seeds, gluten free tamari, and garlic salt. I blanched the spinach like in the course and just seasoned it with the rest of the items. I chose garlic salt instead of the standard garlic cloves because that is how my grandmother does it and I like the taste of it better.
