I did not see the recipe for clarifying butter. I have asked several times if it can be used in baked good such as cakes or cupcakes? Cookies, perhaps?

Sorry, I missed those questions!! We did not put a recipe in as it is just slow and low heating of the butter until the milk solids dissipate. Yes, you can use clarified butter for baking, but as the substitute for oil!
