Homemade Neopolitan pizza dough and sauce (recipes and techniques from "Perfect Pizza at Home", the free Craftsy class taught by Peter Reinhart), with Marconda Italian sausage, three cheeses, onion and fresh basil. What are you most proud of? I'd made homemade pizza many times before, and they tasted fine but I'd always had trouble with the crust -- they always came out tough or undercooked. After taking Peter's class, not only do my pizzas taste great (if I do say so myself :) ) but the crusts have turned out perfectly! Yay! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Peter Reinhart's class "Perfect Pizza at Home" is a game-changer! I highly recommend it.
