What are you most proud of? Wow.... after this FREE class, this was a great opportunity to work as a team in our family. My 8 year old was so engaged she became the dough expert, I took care of the sauce and my husband was assigned the laying out of the dough onto the pizza pan. We all were very impressed by how easy and tasty, and fresh these are. I loved this class and now we are really into making pizza parties. What advice would you give someone starting this project? My main advice is this: If you don't have a pizza stone or can't afford to buy one.... just buy a pizza pan that has perforations on it. This is critical for the high heat to flow on your dough and get that crusty crispy feel. You can get these on williams sonoma. I have two. I bought one "Chicago Metallic" brand and another one is one made in Wisconsing, brand is "AirBake" from WearEver company. These will work perfectly.
