I’ve taken this timeless cookie and put my own gluten free spin on it by adding oat flour, almond meal, coconut flour, brown rice flour, and my secret ingredient… almond extract. No one will ever suspect that these crispy-on-the-outside chewy-on-the-inside delicious cookies are gluten free!
