Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I bought 2 peels. One wooden and one metal. I made a meat lovers pizza about 12" with Peter's dough and sauce. I was scared to slide it off the peel into the oven on the round stone I had. My husband did it for me. He enjoyed it as much as I did. Team work. Thank you Peter for putting up this class.
