I choose tofu for my recipe, I made the sauce for the tofu, corn starch, soy sauce, sesame oil, , sauce for the stir-fry, corn starch, chili paste, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, , started with chilies, and green onions. Marinated the tofu and then coated with corn starch. then stir fry the tofu first , then stir fry the red chilies and green onions. it was good, I should have made more sauce. the tofu was crispy outside and tender inside.
