Fruit Tart

Project Description

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used pate sucree as my tart shell, filled with vanilla pastry crème and assorted fruits, glazed with apricot nappage. I just followed what the recipe called for and watch Collette Christian demonstration and also some instruction that are not mentioned in the class materials, like the baking time.

Thanks Colette. You are an excellent teacher. I served this last Sunday in our church for our sweet welcome (coffee time) and it really looks beautiful delicious. A lot of people ask for the recipe though.
