Happy Boy wonton skins, either shrimp or pork filling (same as shrimp recipe but with pork), sweet & sour sauce What are you most proud of? That the unmeasured pork and scallion filling turned out so well. Used the leftover pork from the siu mai. What advice would you give someone starting this project? If you don't like shrimp you can just replace them with pork (as was discussed in the class comments). I find them even better than the shrimp ones.
