Project Description

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. A lot of tomatoes and a ton of cheese (Wisconsinite here). Sauted onions with a balsamic reduction. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't be afraid to make mistakes and don't be afraid to get your hands "dirty" in the dough. Get you kids involved! Cooking with my Mom are my favorite memories.
