The lightness of the pizza was AMAZING! For my first pan pizza, I was ecstatic with the results. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't rush the warm-up when you take this out of the fridge. Give it 2.5 - 3 hours - it is worth it! Also, I put on the herb oil immediately after dimpling the dough (when it came out of the fridge).
