Focaccia Pan Pizza

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Bread flour, water, salt, yeast, herb oil, tomatoes, cheese What are you most proud of? The lightness of the pizza was AMAZING! For my first pan pizza, I was ecstatic with the results. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't rush the warm-up when you take this out of the fridge. Give it 2.5 - 3 hours - it is worth it! Also, I put on the herb oil immediately after dimpling the dough (when it came out of the fridge).
