What are you most proud of? Maintaining temperature control in the wood oven. It was my first try and I have beautiful tasty bread that was baked in my wood oven where temperature control is a skill on its`own. With out this class I am sure I would have taken much more trial and error to achieve this result. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don`t deviate from the recipe before you know the basics of bread making.
