Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I ended up serving some of this with a creamy Alfredo sauce (home made of course!). The kids asked for seconds, even though my noodles dried together and didn't come apart. What are you most proud of? Probably the bow-ties. They were really fun to make and looked great. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't make those tight piles of pasta. I am not sure what I did wrong, but they never separated. Next time I'll make looser nests or do something else to make sure they dry separately. I asked in the course what I should do next time. Looking forward to the replies.
