Project Description

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Lean dough, straight dough method What are you most proud of? Edible loaves! I felt that the pan-baked ones was more doughy, but still edible. The other one had some great large irregular holes, but the base was a tiny bit doughy. Is this from under-proving? Any feedback welcome!
