Absolutely so much fun to make and the pleating was lots of fun, I really enjoyed that. I make perogi every year which is a Polish/Ukrainian dumpling stuffed with potato, cabbage and other items...very similar to pot stickers, this was a joy for me. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Jump in, get all your ingredients first, make sure you measure everything out and have it ready to go. I did not have a ginger grater, that would have been a time saver. My husband LOVED them and we will be having them again tonight at dinner! I would like to make some different fillings and freeze them up for company or just a quick meal time treat!
