Favorite Biscotti (recipe included)

Project Description

What are you most proud of? This recipe took some work. Everything I found in books or online either came out rock hard and not so wonderful or didn't taste at all like biscotti. I added in a tweak here and a tweak there and came up with a recipe that has been a huge hit.

I had heard of Biscotti, but always thought it was soup, surprised to see it is a bread. Yours looks really yummy !!!
K Lee 2Strings answered:
Try this. You'll like it, I promise. It's a sweet t, toasty, crunchy cookie kind of dessert and perfect with tea or coffee.Super easy, too.

After I had written my note, I went back and saw that you had put 1 cup of sugar in this recipe....so I was a little embarrassed that I had called it a 'bread'. Then I wasn't sure what its classification was, heheee, So, its more of a cookie. I will try it... love baking new things !!!
K Lee 2Strings answered:
Go over the recipe again before you start baking. I had forgotten to add that the almonds need to be chopped. lol
