Egg Fettuccine, First Batch

Project Description

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. For this project, I used King Aurthur's All-Purpose Flour and Large Brown Organic Eggs. I also made a tomato sauce using fresh Roma tomatoes, onions, garlic, spinach, tomato paste, and a can of diced tomatoes. To add some protein, I used soy sausage crumbles.
