What are you most proud of? That I was able to make delicious pizza for my sister-in-law, her husband and her in-laws. And they loved the pizza. I may have inspired my sister-in-law's husband to start making Peter's pizza dough instead of buying it at the store. What advice would you give someone starting this project? You want the chocolate to melt and the fruit to melt into it while the crust bakes. The temperature can't be too hot that the chocolate burns and not too cool that the crust doesn't get brown.
