Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used the croissant recipe and then wrapped the dough around a cannoli dowel so that there is an hole in the croissant. Then I prepared and filled it with whipped cream apricot filling. What are you most proud of? The taste. It was delicious. However, I would probably add only the apricot filling minus the cream so that it is a thicker filling. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Try out new things and you would be amazed at the types of desserts you can come up with.
