Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used fresh organic fruit, cranberries, pears, Granny Smith apples, and dried cranberries in place of the raisins. I did not include the hazelnuts that were recommended in the recipe, but chose to leave it nut-free. The result was delicious. What are you most proud of? Always buy the highest quality ingredients you can afford for the best end product.
