Cranberry Chutney

Project Description

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. I used fresh organic fruit, cranberries, pears, Granny Smith apples, and dried cranberries in place of the raisins. I did not include the hazelnuts that were recommended in the recipe, but chose to leave it nut-free. The result was delicious. What are you most proud of? The end result was delicious and beautiful to look at as well. What advice would you give someone starting this project? Always buy the highest quality ingredients you can afford for the best end product.
