I agree completely. One of my favorite ways to use up leftover cranberry chutney is to smear some softened cream cheese on a slice of sourdough bread spread cranberry chutney on top and layer with slices of leftover turkey. Add some lettuce leaves and top with another slice of bread. A heavenly sandwich.
