Crab Cakes 4 Ways

Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. Used the your fabulous recipe but added all ingredients except the bread crumbs. I mixed different flavored panko crumbs into each 1/4 of the recipe: Parmesan Herb, Mustard, Parsley and Chive, and Sun-dried Tomato. K What are you most proud of? My husband and guests told me very sincerely that these were the best crab cakes they'd ever eaten. I agree! What advice would you give someone starting this project? Refrigerate crab meat and work in small batches. I used an extra egg white so they did not crumble at all. (I have made this several times and had some trouble at first.)
