Country dough, herb oil, tomatoes, cheese (mozzarella, Gouda, Parmesan), olives, anchovies What are you most proud of? Finally got around to taking a picture of our pizza before we ate it. Normally, the pizza is half gone before we find the camera. :) What advice would you give someone starting this project? Follow Peter's instructions (exactly) as you're getting started, but don't be afraid to branch out once you have mastered the basic process.
