Share a little about the ingredients and techniques used to create this dish/item. 64% Bittersweet Chocolate was used in this project. The first cake is a 4-layer devil's food cake with chocolate ganache and sour cherry filling. The ganache was flavored with brandy from the sour cherries that was macerated with the brandy overnight. The second is another 4-layer Chocolate Glazed Cake with Chocolate Mousseline Buttercream filling.
